Taimeshi --- 1.540Yen 鯛めし  Mix soy sauce based soup with fresh sea bream fillet and raw egg , and top it on hot rice. 合わせ醤油だしに鯛の切り身と生卵を入れて よく混ぜます。これを温かいご飯の上にかけて 食べます。醤油だしの量は加減してかけてください。 |
Satsuma --- 1.320Yen さつま定食  Mix unseasoned grilled white fish with roasted barley miso. After mixing it with soup , top it on the rice. 白焼きした白身魚の骨を取り、身をほぐします。 地元産の麦みそを香ばしくあぶり、焼いた魚と一緒に 大きなすり鉢で擦り混ぜます。 それをだしで程よくのばしてご飯にかけて食べます。 |
Jyako-ten --- 650Yen じゃこ天  "Jyako-ten"which is some steamed fish paste fried in oil. 原料になる小魚の頭と中骨・尻尾を取り除き 丸ごとミンチにかけます。できたすり身を形成し 油で揚げます。 |
Fukumen --- 770Yen ふくめん  This is Konnyaku Dish. Tt's cut slenderly snd boild bittersweetly. Fish flake put and mix it. こんにゃく料理です 細長く切り、甘辛く煮てソボロをかけて混ぜて食べます |
